Cloudhosting Ltd (“Cloudhosting Ltd”) wants you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from https://cloudhostingltd.com/ (the “Site”). This refund policy describes the circumstances under which you can request and receive a refund.

Returns and Refunds on Physical Products

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a physical product purchased from Cloudhosting Ltd within 30 days of the original purchase date, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return and refund, products must be in new, unused, unopened and in a resalable condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

To start the return process, please email info@cloudhostingltd.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and mail it back to us at:

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Returns and Refunds on Digital Products

Because digital products are intangible goods that are delivered electronically, we do not issue refunds once the order is fulfilled, except if the product has a major defect. By placing an order for a digital product, you agree that Cloudhosting Ltd grants you a non-exclusive license for personal use only, and such licenses are not eligible for refunds. However, if there is a defect in the digital product that renders it unusable, please email info@cloudhostingltd.com within 30 days of your purchase and our support team will try to fix the issue. If we cannot provide a working version, then we will issue a full refund.

Orders Cancelled By the Customer

If you cancel an order before we ship it out or provide you access to the digital product, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
